No, it is not a job-portal. Though it has some features that career portals normally have, it is the website of Resource Management Consultants, a recruitment services company.
Can I post jobs on your site?
Yes, you can. Our website attracts high-caliber professionals, also we can alert candidates fitting your requirements from the pool of over 100,000 registered with us. Posting of jobs is done off-line.


Can I search for resumes of candidates online?

We believe in adding value. To our clients and the candidates registered with us. To do this, we believe that we need to understand our clients and the requirements just as we understand our candidates and their needs. We also believe that it is better for our clients if the candidates are presented the opportunity and allowed to make an informed choice about pursuing the option presented. And the best way of doing this in our opinion is for an experienced recruiter from our company to be involved in the process. So, we do not provide access to the candidate database.

How are your fees structured for candidate referral?

Our fees are structured as a percentage of the annual compensation offered by you to the candidate referred by us. The fees are payable only when the candidate referred by us joins your company.




What is the normal time required by you to fill a position?


The time required to fill a position depends on various factors such as availability of the skills, seniority of the position, the role and compensation package offered by you, the perception of your company by the candidates, the location of the position, etc. Typically, we close junior level positions in 3 to 6 working days. Senior level positions can take from 2 months to 6 months to fill.




Do you offer manpower on contract?

Yes, we do. We offer temporary staffing solutions for officer and executive category employees only.




Will you solicit my employees for other jobs? How can I be sure that you will not?

We never solicit the employees of any of our clients for jobs with other clients. You have our word for that. Our business is managed ethically, and this assurance is guaranteed for every client that we sign up. This will be vouched by any and every existing client of ours.
